Usually I have a great experience but we ordered the family 20 piece tenders with 2 sides but only got about 16 pieces of little chicken strips tried to call up there to see if we could get the strips we paid for almost 45.00 we spent and the phone number don’t work so we all didn’t even get to eat but 2 strips never will go back waste of money I could have went somewhere else for almost 45.00 and got way more this is crazy I wanted to update this review because after leaving the review from my experience today Ne’Quan Jones reached out to me and she was so nice, understanding and made everything right after seeing this. She definitely deserves to be recognized for being so professional and caring about making customers experiences better. She reached right out in a great timely manner and has great customer service she is a great employee thank you for reaching out and being such a great employee definitely will be back due to the fact you took the time out to care about how customers feel thanks again.

This was my first time going to a Golden Chick. The people were very friendly and gave a few suggestions. Everything was hot and fresh. I got regular and spicy tenders and both were great. The roll was warm and delicious. Will be stopping here again the next time I'm in the area.

Very friendly lady cashier, great place location behing valero truck stop, great food very tasty, place very clean,every employee wearing gloves while handling your food. Definitely coming back.

This staff at around 1pm.. Did an excellent job communicating with each other to get my order completed today,so patient and helpful I’m so appreciative of them;I will visit again as a Trick Driver I’m sleeping next door at a small truck stop. Ordered half fried and half roasted. Got all fried. I guess I should have checked the order before leaving the drive thru window. I will in the future. Very disappointing UPDATE: I did receive a phone call and they apologized and made it right. True customer service!!!!

I went thru this establishment, today. They were sooooo precious and kind to me. I let them know that I had been to a funeral, for my family, & that I was basically running low on funds, but needed to feed my folks that were visiting me. These precious, kind ladies at the drive thru were not only kind, but very concerned for my loss. You know, nowadays WE ALL NEED TO BE KIND, to one another. I will never forget the sweet disposition, & excellent customer service these 2 ladies showed me. So, from now on, Golden Chick, has a customer for life, due to the humanity, & kindness of these precious babies. They'll be blessed by the Heavenly Realm, for helping one of GOD'S favored children. And the chicken, & rolls were on point!!
